Design with Wine Pass - Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
The Fall 2024 Design With Pass is available in three variants: Autumn / Winter Pass, Autumn Pass, and Winter Pass. These passes grant access to the selected series of floral design classes offered by Centerville Florists during the specified periods. By purchasing any of these passes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Pass Details
- Autumn / Winter Pass:
- Validity: All Autumn and Winter classes from September 14, 2024, to December 18, 2024.
- Non-Cancellation Policy: No cancellations are permitted. If you cannot attend a class, Centerville Florists will create the floral arrangement on your behalf. You can pick up the arrangement the next business day or opt for delivery within our standard delivery area, subject to the standard delivery fee based on the delivery zip code.
- Autumn Pass:
- Validity: All classes from September 12, 2024, to November 23, 2024.
- Non-Cancellation Policy: No cancellations are permitted. If you cannot attend a class, Centerville Florists will create the floral arrangement on your behalf. You can pick up the arrangement the next business day or opt for delivery within our standard delivery area, subject to the standard delivery fee based on the delivery zip code.
- Winter Pass:
- Validity: All classes from November 30, 2024, to December 18, 2024.
- Non-Cancellation Policy: No cancellations are permitted. If you cannot attend a class, Centerville Florists will create the floral arrangement on your behalf. You can pick up the arrangement the next business day or opt for delivery within our standard delivery area, subject to the standard delivery fee based on the delivery zip code.
3. Attendance and Substitutions
- Attendance: Pass holders are encouraged to attend each class to fully enjoy the experience. If unable to attend, as stated, the arrangement will be prepared for you.
- Substitutions: You may send someone else in your place if you are unable to attend a class. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the class with the name of the substitute attendee.
4. Delivery & Pick-Up Terms
- Pick-Up: Arrangements can be picked up on the next standard business day following the missed class.
- Delivery: Arrangements can be delivered within our standard delivery area. Delivery is subject to a standard delivery fee, which varies based on the delivery zip code.
5. Additional Information
- Changes and Cancellations: Centerville Florists reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected pass holders will be notified promptly.
- Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any of the passes.
